VENETTA NORGROVE

Venetta brings over 20 years of clinical expertise to Calleva Clinic, with a strong background across both NHS and private healthcare. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Non-Medical Prescriber, she specialises in weight management, women’s health, and long-term condition care—particularly diabetes and lifestyle-related conditions.

Within the NHS, Venetta led on complex diabetes care, initiating GLP-1 therapies and supporting patients with holistic weight loss strategies. In private practice, she combines medical insight with a compassionate coaching approach, prescribing GLP-1 injections such as Semaglutide and Mounjaro, and empowering clients to achieve lasting wellness.

Venetta holds a Foundation Degree in Science from London South Bank University, a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from the University of West London, and is qualified as an Independent & Supplementary Nurse Prescriber. Her advanced clinical training allows her to deliver expert care with empathy and professionalism.
