Her 19 years spanning the NHS and private sector mean she understands how healthcare systems work from the inside — allowing her to cut through complexity and ensure patients receive a smooth, well-coordinated experience from their very first contact with the clinic.

Amie's expertise in service delivery and organisational improvement means she is focused not just on individual interactions, but on making sure the clinic's processes are as clear and accessible as possible for every patient. Her work in education governance and with a SEN charity has also sharpened her ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with people from all walks of life — a skill she brings directly to her patient-facing role.
